Jaclyn brings a calm, caring presence to every family she works with and a genuine desire to help people honor their loved ones in a meaningful way. For the past 21 years, she has guided families with home construction, where their lives unfold — and now she brings that same heart, patience, and attention to detail into memorial design. She understands that choosing a memorial isn’t just about stone and lettering, but about telling a story, preserving memories, and creating something that truly reflects a life that mattered.

As a salesperson and designer, Jaclyn takes the time to listen. She asks thoughtful questions, pays attention to the little details, and helps families turn memories into designs that feel personal and true. Her years of experience working closely with families have shaped her gentle, supportive approach, making what can be a difficult process feel more comfortable and reassuring.

Outside of work, Jaclyn is a proud mother of four, a devoted horse owner, and someone who finds joy in faith, photography and travel — passions that reflect her love for capturing meaningful moments and beautiful places. Jaclyn is grateful to be a part of the FDL Memorial team and looks forward to serving families with compassion, creativity, and care, helping create memorials that offer comfort, celebrate life, and stand as lasting tributes for generations to come.
